It has an incredible cultural offer<\/strong>, such as the Sorolla Museum or the Canal theatres, among others. A quintessential Madrid neighbourhood<\/strong> is Retiro<\/strong>, ideal for living with children and pets. This area offers the possibility of living just a stone\u2019s throw from one of Madrid\u2019s largest green areas. It is also located between Puerta de Alcal\u00e1,<\/strong> Gran V\u00eda <\/strong>and the Salamanca neighbourhood. What\u2019s more, it\u2019s very well-connected<\/strong> to the rest of the city by metro line 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Villaverde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Villaverde<\/strong> is in Residencial Parque Ingenieros, new-build apartments in Madrid<\/a>. Residencial Parque Ingenieros is a complex of commercial premises and modern apartments for rent in Villaverde with up to 3 bedrooms in different phases of construction. It has the advantage of being very well-connected<\/strong> by Commuter trains and the metro. Here you\u2019ll be able to enjoy the traditional atmosphere of a Madrid neighbourhood, coexisting with a new, more avant-garde housing concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Latina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of the cheapest districts<\/strong> in Madrid is Latina. This isn\u2019t just Madrid’s most traditional neighbourhood<\/strong>; the cheapest area to live in is Aluche<\/strong>. Aluche is a neighbourhood next to Casa de Campo<\/strong>, a stunning park that you\u2019ll love. It\u2019s very well-connected to the city centre and other places of interest by metro lines 5 and 6. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ciudad Lineal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ciudad Lineal<\/strong> is home to two of Madrid’s cheapest neighbourhoods: Ventas and San Pascual<\/strong>. Ventas is a quiet, residential <\/strong>neighbourhood, not far from the Salamanca neighbourhood and La Almudena<\/strong> cemetery. What\u2019s more, if you have a car, this neighbourhood borders the M-30<\/strong>. It has multiple stops on lines 5 and 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

San Pascual <\/strong>is a little smaller than Ventas, but it also borders the M-30 and the A-2<\/strong>, which will take you to any part of Madrid by car. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tetu\u00e1n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To the north of the capital <\/strong>is Tetu\u00e1n, <\/strong>which is made up of different neighbourhoods: Cuatro Caminos, Cuzco, Valdeacederas, <\/strong>Vistas, Ventilla-Almenara and Berruguete. The advantage of Tetu\u00e1n is that it is next to Madrid’s financial district<\/strong>, which makes it ideal if you work in this area. Among these neighbourhoods, Cuatro Caminos <\/strong>is a favourite among students, as there are many universities and colleges nearby. The CEU-San Pablo University, some of the Complutense University faculties and the Diplomatic School of Madrid, among others, are just one metro stop away, on line 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuevos Ministerios<\/strong> is an area that many people like, as it opens directly onto Paseo de la Castellana <\/strong>(you can walk to work), but it is also within easy reach of Cuatro Caminos and the student area.
