WHAT IS THE COMFORT PAY PLAN?
- Reserve your home with an initial payment starting from €3,000
- Pay 5% on signing the sale-and-purchase agreement
- Pay 10% in instalments as your home is being built
- Pay 5% one month before receiving the keys to your new home
