AQ Acentor launches the commercialization of 10 new developments for over 1,100 homes this semester

Madrid, 24th January 2025: AQ Acentor announces the commercial launch of 10 new real estate developments during the first half of 2025 for the delivery of over 1,100 homes, with more projects to be added during the year. These projects will entail a committed investment of around 370 million euros and will have a direct impact on all the company’s territorial divisions (Catalonia, Levante, Central and Andalusia).
With this milestone, AQ Acentor extends its pipeline up to 2030 and will reach 8,000 homes delivered since its first residential land purchase in 2015. The company will also exceed €3.1 billion committed to real estate developments in Spain over the last decade.
The developer currently accounts with 30 developments in its pipeline for 2,700 homes, representing a committed investment of more than 800 million euros.
Catalonia is the region with the largest number of housing units under construction -more than 880 -, all within the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, and more than 240 million euros committed. It is followed by Andalusia with more than 840 units, some 500 in Seville and another 340 in Malaga, with an investment of more than 100 and 150 million euros respectively. In the Levante region, the company is developing 645 dwellings in Valencia -for more than 190 million euros- and some 175 in Murcia -for some 55 million euros-. In the central area, the development in Las Rozas (Madrid) stands out, with 118 units and an investment of 70 million euros.

Thanks to the efforts of the entire team, we are starting this year almost doubling the footprint we had at the end of 2022″.
