AQ Acentor returns to Madrid: the company announces a new 118 housing unit project in Las Rozas
AQ Acentor returns to Madrid. The developer announces the purchase of a plot for the development of 118 multi-family residential units in the municipality of Las Rozas, one of the best locations in the northwest of the capital. This project will entail a total investment of around €70 million and will be targeted to meet the growing unattended demand on the A-6 axis of Madrid’s metropolitan area.
With this announcement, the company exceeds the €420 million committed since 2023 and raises its pipeline of projects to over 3,000 units to be delivered over the next five years. Moreover, the company has increased its geographical presence in new locations such as Seville and Murcia and strengthened its presence in key markets such as Malaga and Valencia, in addition to the return to Madrid and the operation in Barcelona.
In terms of Madrid, AQ Acentor has increased its footprint with the incorporation of this project. Once completed, the company will have developed over 1,550 housing units in the region – 1,342 of them social housing units in Villaverde – and invested in real estate projects over €600 million.

As a result, today we have identified operations to incorporate a further 400 homes in the region a volume that we will continue to extend’.
The new project in Las Rozas is located in a privileged site, just 10 minutes‘ walk from the town hall and 15 minutes’ from the train station, with easy road access to Madrid. AQ Acentor has closed the property for the surrounding area of the project, so it expects to start the urbanization works before the end of the year and to launch the commercialization in the beginning of 2025.
The project will be oriented to meet the growing residential demand in the area and aimed at families. It will offer homes with large, modern spaces with communal areas including a swimming pool, gastrotheque and gym, among others, within an urbanized perimeter that will guarantee the safety and wellbeing of future residents. Furthermore, its development will be guided by AQ Acentor’s high standards in terms of quality, sustainability and environmental integration.
