AQ Acentor presents AQ Narae, its most exclusive residential development in Campolivar (Valencia)
Valencia, 30th January 2024: AQ Acentor presents its eighth residential development in Valencia: AQ Narae, located in the prestigious residential area of Campolivar and within the municipality of Godella, just eight kilometres from the city centre. With an investment of over 23 million euros, this development will be comprised of 65 housing units that will stand out for their design and harmonious integration into the local landscape.
AQ Narae represents an exclusive housing concept that combines design, sustainability and quality of life in a privileged environment. This multi-family residential complex offers a wide range of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom housing, designed to optimise comfort and functionality, adapting to different needs and lifestyles. With spacious and luminous surfaces, all the units have south-facing terraces, highlighting special typologies such as penthouses with terraces that wrap around the homes and ground floor units that will feature large private gardens.
The project, signed by the prestigious architectural firm Cano y Escario, is based on a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach, prioritising integration into the landscape and maximising the magnificent natural topography of the plot. This approach allows for privacy between buildings and guarantees a living experience in contact with the greenery. AQ Narae is integrated into Campolivar, a privileged residential site, surrounded by the serenity of the Mediterranean forest in an environment that stands out for its perfect balance between nature and a complete range of services such as prestigious schools, shopping and leisure areas, sports areas and medical care centres, among others.
The project will consist of two buildings running parallel to each other, facing the sea and the city of Valencia, taking advantage of the natural topography of the plot to guarantee natural light, privacy and exceptional views. In addition, the homes include double orientation, cross ventilation and top quality finishes. Between the two blocks there is a large communal area of 4,500 sqm, in a concept that balances private areas and outdoor spaces, generating an incomparable residential experience. Thus, the communal areas include: two swimming pools – one for adults and one for children -, landscaped areas with native vegetation with low water consumption, a children’s playground and an enclosed space with a gym and changing rooms, and a multi-purpose room that residents can use as a gastroteca, celebration room, cinema room or games room.
In the words of Natalia Rubio, AQ Acentor’s Levante Manager: ‘AQ Narae will be a unique, emblematic project. We have the enormous privilege of making a residential development a reality in such an exclusive setting as the Campolivar area. On an exceptional plot that will offer our clients unique homes and communal areas. The project we are presenting today is testament to our commitment to the Levante region, where we have six active developments thanks to the dynamism of the region, one of the most active markets in Spain.
AQ Narae will obtain the international sustainable construction certificate ‘Breeam’, guaranteeing an optimisation of energy resources and an environmental assessment clearly above the minimum required by the technical regulations. One of the priority objectives of AQ Acentor’s sustainability strategy is to ensure a positive impact on the local industry in Valencia and therefore, the company will collaborate with local suppliers in the development of the project.
AQ Acentor reinforces its commitment to Valencia and the Eastern Mediterranean region of Spain
With this new announcement, AQ Acentor will reach a total investment of € 420 million in residential developments in the city of Turia and its metropolitan area since its arrival in 2018 with the creation of the Turianova neighbourhood. Thus, this new project becomes the company’s eleventh development in the Levante region and its eighth in Valencia, consolidating its commitment to the region.
AQ Acentor is currently in the process of delivering 384 subsidised housing units in the city of Valencia, where it also has land available for the development of more than 170 free housing units. In addition, the developer has announced an ambitious residential project in the area of Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas: two 30-storey residential towers that will represent a new element in the city’s skyline, with more than 400 homes and 360-degree views.
