AQ ACENTOR LAUNCHES MARKETING PHASE FOR RENTAL HOMES AT AQ JARDINS DEL FÒRUM

Barcelona, 1 June 2021: AQ Acentor, Aquila Capital’s Spanish real estate developer and a specialist in residential projects in major urban centres, has begun the marketing phase for 120 build-to-rent homes in its AQ Jardins del Fòrum development in Sant Adrià de Besós, Barcelona.
Following the successful sale of the first phase of properties, a campaign will now be launched for the remaining rental units. Prospective tenants can find out more on the developer’s website or by visiting the AQ Jardins del Fòrum marketing office at 121, Avenida de la Catalana. Available properties will also be listed on selected real estate portals. Two show apartments will be open for viewing from mid-June.
AQ Jardins del Fòrum is made up of three apartment complexes offering a total of 230 one-to-four-bedroom homes (from one to three beds in the case of homes to rent). Each home has its own parking space, storage unit and balcony, as well as the use of shared amenities, including swimming pools. Overall, the project has generated investment of close to €80 million and created around 1,300 direct and indirect jobs.
Apartments available for rent have been designed with sustainability in mind, equipped with air source heat pumps and other features to improve energy performance. Electric vehicle chargers and LED lighting with motion sensors will be installed as standard, while domestic CO2 emissions will be offset for a period of two years, thanks to AQ Acentor’s Eco2 Plus certification. In addition, smart home technology will allow residents to control access and other functions directly from their smartphones.
Located within the newly developed neighbourhood of La Catalana, AQ Jardins del Fòrum is a prime example of AQ Acentor’s commitment to regeneration and urban design initiatives in cities where it works. On the banks of the Besós River, convenient for the Parque del Fòrum, Port Fòrum marina and the beach, this latest development will further the regeneration of this area of Barcelona, providing high-quality, affordable homes just 15 minutes from the city centre.
